CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Read Before Booking Thank You CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING Your appointment is important to us and is reserved specifically for you. I understand that adjustments to your schedule may be necessary. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service(s). Cancellation fee must be fulfilled before rebooking. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the intake forms and use the restroom. If you are running late, text 215-422-2234. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time may result in your appointment being canceled or a $20 late fee being charged. Additionally, arriving late may shorten your service time to ensure we respect the appointments of other clients. Please note, you will still be charged for the full cost of the initial appointment. To make the most of your treatment, please arrive on time. Thank you.
