Cancellation Policy
LATE ARRIVALS
Its best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled start time to complete intake form(s), enjoy refreshments and use restroom. If running late please notify by text 215-422-2234. ARRIVING 15 MINUTES AFTER SCHEDULED TIME WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT OR CHARGED A $20 LATE FEE. Arriving later than the scheduled start time may forfeits full service time, your treatment may end at initial scheduled end time to respect clients scheduled after. **Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time. Thank You
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is very important, they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 30% of booked service(s).
